Shaykh Ibraaheem al-Muhaymeed said:
This esteem reverence, this great duty that the companions undertook, [yet they] are considered apostate infidels by the Magian Raafidhah (Shee’ah).
May Allaah have mercy upon Shaykh Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer, when he was told, “By Allaah, the Raafidhah are looking for you.”
He said, “I will meet Allaah having exposed the beliefs [of the Raafidhah] – that are more evil than those of the Jews and Christians.”
The distinguishing characteristic of Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer is that he would quote [directly] from the books of the people [he was refuting].
This is what I [myself] did in the book القصة الكاملة لخوارج عصرنا
I did not quote from any objector of the Khawaarij of [our] time.
[As for] Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer, [then] he would quote and mention the name of the book, the date of publication, the page number, the name of the author, and the name of the publishing house.
[In doing so] he quoted [the] beliefs [of the Raafidhah amounting to] the most evil of beliefs.
He quoted from their books that ‘Umar (radhi-yAllaahu ‘anhu) was sick with an illness that could only be cured with the semen of men.
The evil of these people!
So when he brought out [his] books [refuting] them – 40 or 35 years ago, the Raafidhah rose up in rage and said, “Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer is dividing the Muslims.”
[Instead] he said, “I am prepared to burn [all] my books [refuting you] – on one condition.”
They said, “All your conditions are acceptable.”
He said [to them], “Show me a single sentence where I have lied from what I quoted.”
They said, “No, you gathered it from our sources and books and brought it out to the people.”
[Know] the Mahdi that the Raafidhah believe in is not like ours.
[They claim, when] he appears, he will come to al-Masjid an-Nabawee and bring out Abu Bakr and ‘Umar from their graves, then tie them to the palm trunks, and flog Abu Bakr 70 times, then ‘Umar 70 times, then Abu Bakr 70 times, then ‘Umar 70 times, then Abu Bakr [70 times and so on].
And Shaykh Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer said to us in the city of Jeddah 40 years ago, he said, “It is forbidden, O people; enough [with this]!
No! This [here] is [an example of] the Magian hatred in their hearts.
This [here] is the Mahdi according to the Magian Raafidhah.”
And we – Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah, consider Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer a martyr, whom the Raafidhah killed.
There was a gathering of Sunni scholars in Pakistan, [from amongst] the Ahlul-Hadeeth.
So from far back in the masjid a flower vase of roses was sent [forth] and the people began to pass it forward until it reached the stage, upon which were a group of Sunni scholars – scholars of Hadeeth in Pakistan.
And it was remotely detonated, and a group of Sunni scholars were killed in that attack.
As for Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer, Allaah willed to show him a miracle before his death. He did not die.
He was seriously injured, so Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Baaz interceded and sent a medical plane to Pakistan, and he was brought to Riyadh to the specialist hospital and he remained for about 27 days, then he died (rahima-hullaah).
And he was then brought here, to Madeenah, and our senior scholars and students of knowledge prayed [the janaazah prayer] over him.
It was a day to be witnessed; not just al-Baqee’, but the streets surrounding the Haram were all filled with people.
And by Allaah, this is a divine honour bestowed upon Ihsaan Ilaahi Zaheer;
[He was a] non-Arab who spent his entire life defending the companions.
And he would say to us in lectures, “Rise up and defend your mother ‘Aa.ishah. You Arabs are more deserving [of doing so] than us non-Arabs.”
He would say, “By Allaah, I have dedicated my life to exposing these Raafidhah.
I am prepared to go anywhere in the world [to do so]. I only ask for the cost of the ticket, and I want nothing else from the Islaamic centres.”
He spent his entire life defending the companions, then he was wounded in Pakistan, then he was brought [here], and buried next to the companions of
the Messenger of Allaah ﷺAnd we hope for martyrdom for him.
