Alone in the car with her driver

I am asking about a woman who works, and she has a driver as well as female staff who she drops off at various schools. She then returns home [alone] with her driver – [and all of this takes place] within the city. [So the question is] is this haraam or permissible?

The night prayer at home and whilst travelling

The portion [of worship which] Ibn al-Baaqillaanee had set himself every night was 20 rak’ahs – [and this was] whilst he was at home and [also] whilst he was travelling; and when he was done, he would take to writing 35 pages of his book.

My sister’s husband picks me up

Noble Shaykh, is it permissible for me to go with my sister’s husband in his car, when he picks me up on my visit to my sister’s house; bearing in mind that my sister’s husband asks about me and chats with me, so is it permissible for me to go with him [in his car]?

Always maintained the night prayer

I heard Muhammad ibn Hamdoon say: I accompanied Abu Bakr ibn Ishaaq as-Sibghee for [many] years, and I never saw him leave the night prayer – not during travel, and nor when he wasn’t [travelling].

Traveller returned home in Ramadhaan during the day and wants to have sexual intercourse with wife

A man returned home from a journey and had not been fasting [due to his travels, so he] decided [now he was at home] to fast [the rest of the remaining day]. He then found his wife taking a bath [since she had] completed her menses; Is it permissible for him to have sexual intercourse with her in this case or should they both assume the fast for the [remainder of the] day?
