A man entered the masjid, and the imaam had just arisen from the rukoo’ [position], and [as such] he does not know whether it is the final rak’ah or not. The question is, should he join the imaam [in congregation], or should he wait so he can confirm for sure?

Praying behind an imaam who is an innovator
Is it correct that the one who does not pray the congregational prayer because the imaam is an innovator – is himself an innovator, bearing in mind the imaam’s bid’ah is not one of disbelief?
A cause of splitting the jamaa’ah
He who follows his desires is prohibited from guidance, and falls into opposing the Sharee’ah, and [as a result] is a cause of splitting the jamaa’ah.
The best of prayers
«The [prayer which is considered to be the] best of prayers to Allaah is [the] morning (Fajr) prayer in congregation on the day of Jumu’ah»
He would weep
If Sa’eed ibn Abdil-Azeez [ever] missed the congregational prayer, he would weep.
