If a man kisses his wife or intimately plays with her during the day in Ramadhaan, would this break his fast or not? Please guide us [with an answer], and may Allaah be beneficent to you.

During the day in Ramadhaan, a man suffering form an uncontrollable flow of urine wanted to dry his penis, and while doing so some sperm came out [so what is the ruling regarding his fast for that day]?

Playing around with his wife

A man was playing around with his wife during the day in Ramadhaan; this progressed to kissing and passionate foreplay between her thighs and the subsequent ejaculation of pre-seminal fluid and not semen. So is his fast invalidated by that?

Reflux whilst fasting

After the Fajr prayer, in Ramadhaan, he experienced something similar to vomit and that was some liquid or morsels of food came up [from his stomach] into his mouth, so he began swallowing it back [down] into his stomach. So he says, does this affect his fast or not?

I spend my day in Ramadhaan asleep or at rest since I am unable to work due to my [experiencing] severe pangs of hunger and thirst, so does this affect the validity of my fast?
