Question: Is there anything [authentically] reported regarding sending prayers and salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ on the night of jumu’ah?
Response: The Prophet ﷺ commanded the Muslim to increase in sending prayers and salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ on the day of jumu’ah. In addition, the matter of increasing in sending prayers and salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ at all times is [something which is] legislated.
