Ibn Rajab said:
The one upon whom old age has descended is on the level of the pregnant woman who has completed her months [of pregnancy] and is now just waiting to give birth.
Likewise, the one who is elderly does not wait except for death; so how repulsive of him [if he were] to persist upon falling into sin [while death beckons].
