Always ask Allaah to help you with yourself, particularly at this time.
The temptations are many, and the distractions are many.
How much we are need of Allaah to help us!
We are in prostration in every prayer, and we are in prostration in the night prayer – if Allaah facilitates for us to be from among the people who stand the night in prayer; we ask Allaah to help us.
O Allaah help me to remember you, and thank you, and worship you in the best possible way.
O Allaah help me with myself, and with the shayaateen from among mankind and the jinn.
