“Do ruqyah on me”
Don’t resort to supplication like medication you use only when ill or when a catastrophe befalls.
Repent and turn back to Allaah
So whoever commits [a deed] which Allaah and His Messenger have forbidden, has harmed his religion; and he must remedy this harm by repentance and turning back [to Allaah].
In prayer and supplication until the morning
Every day, my father would read a seventh [of the Qur.aan], and he would take a very light sleep after ‘Ishaa. He would then [awake and] stand [the night] in prayer and supplicate until the morning.

[How] sad is [the state of] the son of Aadam; lifting rocks is easier for him than to abandon sins.
The value of time, engaged in the remembrance of Allaah
Tell time [to pause], so I can then stop [moving my lips].
How much do you glorify Allaah every day?
Unless my fingers have made a mistake, it is a hundred thousand times.
in shaa.-Allaah they have been forgiven by Allaah
If it were not that I was amongst them (this group of righteous men), I would have said [in shaa.-Allaah] they have been forgiven [by Allaah].
O Allaah, if you forgive me
O Allaah, if you forgive me, then you are qualified to do so, and if you punish me, then I am qualified to be so.
