If I was performing the tamattu’ hajj, and [bought a sacrificial ticket by] paying the bank the price of the sacrifice, and they told me the slaughter shall take place on the first day of ‘Eed (10th Dhul-Hijjah) – am I thereby discharged from the state of ihraam after stoning al-jamarah [al-kubraa], the tawaaf al-ifaadhah and the sa’ee?

Obligatory prayer takes place whilst performing tawaaf or sa’ee

Whilst performing the sa’ee, the Maghrib prayer took place, so I prayed and thereafter [continued with and] completed the sa’ee; so is that sa’ee correct?

Carrying out the udh.hiyah sacrifice abroad

Is it permissible to pay the price of [having] the [udh.hiyah] sacrifice [carried out], or is it better to [personally] undertake the [udh.hiyah] sacrifice and take some of [the meat]?

Performed tawaaf, sa’ee and salaah without wudhoo

One of the brothers broke wind whilst [performing] tawaaf, and he was [later] compelled to pray [the obligatory salaah] whilst he was performing sa’ee [between as-safaa and al-marwaa] because he wasn’t able to get to water [to make wudhoo]; so what is the ruling regarding his tawaaf, sa’ee and salaah.

Leaving Minaa for a need and returning later

Is it permissible for those who live in the district of al-’Azeeziyah in Makkah to pray the Zhuhr [prayer] in Minaa, then go home [to al-’Azeeziyah] for a need, then return to Minaa, and pray the remainder of the obligatory [prayers there]?
