Question: May Allaah reward you with goodness.
What is the ruling regarding the one who broke his fast when he heard the adhaan for [the] maghrib [prayer], and thereafter it was confirmed the mu.adhdhin had actually called the adhaan 2 or 3 minutes early?
Response: [Because he broke his fast before the arrival of the time of maghrib,] he is required to make up the fast for that day.
